Dear“Handicap tournament” participantsand supporters, Wow! This is some tournament! With 40 participants and the idea that every player should at least get toplay 3 matches, it turned out to be a true challenge to organise. Just when all four draws were headingto the quarter finals, it started to r... (ssst. We don't mentionthat word anymore). Such a pity, because there were some excitingmatches going on. Most of the participants let us knowthat they would like to finish the tournament. Westarted to look at dates and decided that the best day would beSunday 14thMarch at 2pm. At the same time the officialFederation tournament for veterans “Solar Edwards” will be playedon Saturday and Sunday so, supporters: you've got lots of greatmatches to watch! Participants:we count on all of you in order to be able to finish this greattournament. No passado Sábado dia 13 de Fevereiro, os jogadores da equipa de séniores de Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis sagraram-se Vice-Campeões Regionais !!!
Após terem vencido por 2-1 nos singulares, infelizmente perderam nos pares, entregando a vitória à equipa de Jim Stewart TA.
Parabéns aos jogadores Serge, Daniel, Fintan, Edwin, Danny e Christopher pois eles irão seguir para o Campeonato Nacional que decorrerá em Outubro este ano!

Last Saturday, 13th February, the players of Carvoeiro Club's Men team reached the 2nd place of the Regional Team Championships!!!
After having won the singles by 2-1, unfortunately they lost both doubles, giving the victory to the team of Jim Stewart TA.
Congratulations to our players Serge, Daniel, Fintan, Edwin, Danny and Christopher, because they will be participating in the National Team Championships in October this year!
